The information the Property Practitioners Act asks us to publish, and the limits of what this website tells you.

Registered with the PPRA

Stoep Property Co. (Pty) Ltd holds a valid Fidelity Fund Certificate issued by the Property Practitioners Regulatory Authority and operates a trust account.

  • Ruan Botha: full status property practitioner, holds a Fidelity Fund Certificate.
  • Tracey Daniels: full status property practitioner, holds a Fidelity Fund Certificate.
  • Sipho Ndlovu: candidate property practitioner, holds a Fidelity Fund Certificate.

Fidelity Fund Certificates are displayed at our office and are available for inspection on request. Candidate property practitioners work under the supervision of a principal property practitioner.

Mandatory disclosure

In line with section 67 of the Property Practitioners Act, we do not accept a mandate to sell until the seller has completed and signed the mandatory disclosure form, and a copy is given to every buyer who intends to make an offer.

Listings

Property details, sizes, rates and levies are supplied by sellers and from available records. We take care to check them, but buyers should confirm anything important to them before making an offer. Photographs may show furniture that is not included in the sale.

Calculators

The buying costs calculator uses the SARS transfer duty table and a prime lending rate of 10.75% (from 25 September 2026). Its results are estimates. Your bank will set your actual interest rate, and your conveyancing attorney will confirm the transfer costs.
